Join us for a 90 minute slow and silent walk through the city of Amsterdam.
We often seek for silence outside of the city and furthermore, outside of ourselves. But what if, even amid the chaos of everyday hectic life, and yes even in the city, you can find ways to instill quietness inside of you. Connect to your true nature, feel what there is to feel and get rid of mental clutter.
The idea is to create a little community in Amsterdam that likes the idea of walking alone - together, in silence, while emptying the mind and while keeping the body physically active.
Walking in silence: While we walk in presence we can either fully engage into our environment by opening our senses to whatever we encounter, using it as the focus of our meditation. Or we can simply turn the focus inwards.
As a Mindfulness trainer I can guide you and give you some simple mindfulness tools as we walk together through the city.
