Where: Numeroventi, Florence - Italy
Let’s slow down together, cultivate new skills and have our senses stirred. Join us in a unique combination of practicing presence and refueling our creative voices!
In this 5 day/4 night retreat we, Photographer Marieke Verdenius and Mindfulness facilitator Lisa Maduro will softly guide you into a ‘being’ mode, stimulating you to leave expectations and firm beliefs behind. And what better place to do that than in Numeroventi, an artist residency and exhibition place in the heart of the birthplace of The Renaissance - Florence Italy.
This Lifestyle Photography and Mindfulness Retreat will be all about inspiration, reconnection and intuition.
Let’s explore this together!
What to expect?
Just to give you a glimpse of the program; Inspired by the great masters of the Renaissance, we’ll visit a local market and collect fresh produce to create the most beautiful still lives in one of the unique spaces at Numeroventi. Using the city as our playground we’ll play with natural light, shapes and composition. We offer daily meditation sessions and mindful activities combined with creativity.
Together we’ll have a lot of fun, create and explore! It goes without saying that we’ll also have time to wander around the city and indulge in local cuisine. Besides having our own chef cooking with the freshest and seasonal produce, we will also enjoy a few meals out in some of the finest local trattorias Florence has to offer.
Airfare to Florence, transportation to and from airport, meals/drinks outside of the retreat activities, travel insurance (highly recommended).
50% deposit due at registration and when your participation is confirmed by Slow Escapes. Final payment due 01 March 2020.
